Design a reusable monthly investor-update template for an early-stage startup, with the metrics that matter and prompts that keep it honest.
Quorum coaches early-stage founders, and most of them write investor updates that are either bragging or radio silence. We want a template that makes the honest version easy.
Deliverable: a reusable monthly-update template with sections (highlights, lowlights, key metrics, asks), the three to five metrics a seed-stage startup should always show, and a one-line prompt under each section that nudges the founder toward candor. Include a short filled-in example.
You'll get two real (anonymized) updates — one good, one bad — and one review round with a partner.
